Our stretches

This is a classic fly and spin fishing water, which also includes the more strong flowing streams of Garvareforsen and Vallforsen. The stretch is devided into eight pools. The upper pools are beautifully enclosed by trees and here, from Laxbron, float or ledger fishing with shrimp bait is a tradition. A unique experience that is suitable for all ages. Hertingsforsen was opened in 2014 and anglers have since 2018 been offered the opportunity to fish here. The passionate fly fisher has many reasons to feel cheerful over this exclusive fishing, with only two anglers allowed a day. The catch & release obligation that existed at launch has now been removed. The same quotas now apply here as for other routes. Here you will find practical information and valuable fishing tips. In the spring, the fish will be found along the edges of Hålan and there are often several boats bobbing along the waterfront. The chance of catching an early sea trout does not only attract tourists, it makes a great number of otherwise moderately fishing interested locals willing to get out there and try their fishing luck. The area stretches from about 150 meters downstream Tullbron, after Vallforsen, to a bit below Söderbron. The fishing from the dock is easily accessible and it is great for beginners.
